Black pepper mostly, some nougat, chewy mouthfeel that blossoms with vanilla, caramels, a little spice and lovely apple bake and fruit. Soft, sweet oak, creme brulee texture and lovely viscosity. Long finish, fruits lead once more with decadent vanillas, custard and pleasant oak and spice.
