Even though most would say, "We're in the mountains" (or even near the sea), it is still a bit on the abstract or impressionistic side.The story behind this work is that prior to beginning it, I had been working many more hours than usual without stopping on something that was less than satisfying, with colors that were not my favorite. In addition, it was getting late, natural light was long gone and I felt weary and saturated.
