  The 1/16 Grassfed Beef Package bundles up some of our favorite options and gives you a 14% discount!  Contains 25 lbs of Shirttail's Dry Aged Grassfed beef including: 15 lbs Grassfed Ground Beef  REGULAR OPTION - comes with 15 lbs Regular Ground Beef CAVEMAN SPLIT OPTION - comes with a mix of Caveman Blend (ground beef blended with liver and heart) and Regular Ground Beef - 15 lbs total CAVEMAN OPTION - comes with 15 lbs Caveman Blend instead of Regular Ground Beef 5 lbs Grassfed Roasts (Chuck Roast, Brisket Roast, Sirloin Tip/Picanha, Tri-Tip, and/or Round Steak (varies based on availability) 5 lbs Grassfed Premium Steaks (a happy mix of Ribeye, NY Strip, Sirloin, and Tenderloin Filet) All of our beef is 100% Grassfed and Finished. We use NO GRAIN EVER. Our cattle thrive on a forage based diet just like they have evolved to do.
