Extra CM Sensor Kit

The CM Sensor 24/7 temperature and water alert system provides alerts to help prevent damage to your building from water-related incidents, including frozen pipes. This extra kit is intended for Church Mutual customers that may have larger buildings or multiple properties.  The kit price includes a 12-month pre-paid service fee. In subsequent years, Roost will invoice an annual pre-paid service fee of $120.00 on the renewal date directly to the registered customer's email. Kit includes: One (1) water leak/temperature sensor - for use within 150ft of SmartBase. One (1) water leak/temperature sensor with a four foot extension tail - for use within 150ft of SmartBase. One(1) SmartBase Cellular access at your property is required to set up a CM Sensor kit.
