Please try the following steps to resolve your pixelating issue: - Please try replacing your current HDMI cables with High-Quality HDMI cables. - Please make sure that you dont have any other wireless devices such as wifi router nearby this extender. If you have a wifi router, then please try moving the router away as the wireless signals interfears with each other & causing this issue. Does this product supports IR Frequency or FR Frequency? Our all the extenders supports IR Frequency & the devices using RF frequency will not be compatible with our products. I am unable to get the remote to work with IR, how to connect the IR Blaster/Emitter & IR Receiver? The IR Blaster/Emitter should be connected to the IR out port on the Transmitter and the IR Receiver should be connected to the IR in on the Receiver.
