Baby Back Ribs (Large)

Bigger racks from bigger pigs!  The wee bonnie not-quite-so-little bones and A+ meaty bits left when we take the loins off to make boneless chops and roasts. Flavorful, tender, and quick to cook. Awesome cooked on charcoal, also great in the oven with less fuss.  One large rack per package. Pasture-raised heritage breed pork from small family farms in New England. And don't forget to peel the silver skin off before seasoning and cooking!
