Center-cut boneless loin chops, about an inch thick. Well-marbled and ready to grill or pan fry. For perfectly done chops, cook to 145F and let rest for 5 - 10 minutes before slicing. We like to slice before serving, but you do you. Leftovers make great cold cuts for sandwiches - spicy mustard, pickles, and lettuce on toasty bread. So good! Two chops per package.
