Dual Opening Model opens at the back, and also has a lift up lid for easy access to the contents inside the table. Our "busker style" tabletop is surrounded by a 1/2 inch lip all the way around so sponge balls and other small props stay on top of the table where they belong.When open, the interior compartment measures 8 inches tall, and the back tray, held open by chains to create an additional horizontal surface, (which is the underside of the lid when closed) measures 17
