(See below) Above the 3-Onlies medallion hangs a double pointed quartz crystal, which serves as an amplifier to all the other stones. Two small amethyst rondelles sit above and below. The beads are strung on natural hemp cording and hand knotted between each, except for the sandalwood section where tiny glass beads take the place of knots.
