Single Thread 2025 - Wine Barrel Fermented Missouri SaisonSingle Thread is our yearly release exclusively for our La Coterie members. Single Thread 2025 contains threads of Missouri Saison which rested in oak for 7 months before being blended with a wild ale we have been working on which was fermented on Red and Black Raspberries from Oregon. After blending, we inoculated the bottles with 3 Brettanomyces strains, including our House Brett strain and have been letting it rest and condition in the bottle since January 9th of 2025. Rich and jammy with our bright acidity, but offset with the softness and approachability of our Saisons, we are very excited to share this latest Single Thread with you.  ABV:  6%  |  750ml All orders must be picked up within three weeks from time of purchase.
