The motifs in this cowl are inspired by native American art.  To knit this pattern, I recommend using yarns that are bold and round with plenty of contrast. Natural, locally sourced, unprocessed and more rustic fibers would make an exquisite choice. This pattern was professionally tech edited in 2021.
