Fluid controls with adjustable knobs increase drag and operate separate locks for the pan and tilt action. Sliding, quick-release binocular footplate is designed to finely adjust the balance of binoculars on the tripod panhead. Tripod head features secondary safety catch for binocular footplate. Designed to support 17 pound binoculars, cameras with long telephoto lenses and spotting scopes. Weight 3 pounds.
