Alpine Honey

Floral Source & Origin This dark honey hails from the Piedmont region of Italy, which sits just below the Alps. The name "Piedmont" actually means "at the foot of the mountain". This honey has a lot of linden nectar in it, plus the nectar from a variety of other high country flora.    Flavor Profile A while back, a customer called and asked for our darkest and strongest honey. He explained that he preferred honey with a strong character and we recommended this Alpine honey.
