Clean Sheet Package (GKs)

Goalkeeping training that will elevate your game. Soccer Central will provide advanced keeper training exclusively designed for goalkeepers who are ready to improve their position and become leaders in the box. Our training will focus on technique, body positioning, handling, reaction, and awareness. Our sessions are designed for motivated, hardworking goalkeepers.  Every goalkeeper has different needs. Therefore, everyone will be treated differently. Our program was created with the mindset of providing the best, most accurate, and most engaging sessions for all of our keepers.  The Clean Sheet Package includes 4sessions. Each session is 1hour of high-intensity training. Available training days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and/or Saturday afternoons.
