Elderberry Chai

A blend of traditional Indian spices and Assam black tea powder, paired with Elderberry powder for a rich, bitter-sweet, fruity flavor with notes of cherry and chocolate more typically found in desert wines. One of our more unique chai blends, our Elderberry Chai was born out of simple experimentation. We have loved trying various fruit, nut, and herb powders mixed in with our chai and when we stumbled upon elderberry it was clear from first sip we had found a match. Best enjoyed on a cool winter morning when you're hopeful for, and need a taste of, spring but it just hasn't quite come yet.
