3 YEAR IN-HOME REPAIR SERVICE (Only available in NY, NJ & CT)

  Details of our In-Home Repair Service: (Only Available in NY, Nj & CT) First year of In-Home Repair Service there is no cost for repairs provided the repair is not the fault of the user. Parts will be extra if the parts are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.  Second year of In-Home Repair Service there is a $139 flat fee for each completed repair (a 25% savings off our regular fee).  Parts will be extra if the parts are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.  Third year of In-Home Repair Service there is a $159 flat fee for each completed repair (a 15% savings off our regular fee).  Parts will be extra if the parts are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
