From the producer: Once distilled in a copper alambic, the wine gives birth to a transparent eau-de-vie. Kept in tanks and not in casks, the eau-de-vie preserves its crystalline color and benefits from the Blanche Armagnac A.O.C. appellation. At Domaine Tariquet, it is exclusively produced from the Folle Blanche grape, preferred for its finesse and aromatic potential. To be discovered at room temperature, well chilled, neat or in a cocktail. Superb with raw or smoked salmon, caviar, blue cheese or served as a palate cleanser between courses, locally known as ‘Trou Gascon’.
