Advanced Fluorescence Technology (AFT), is the next generation of intense pulse light technology or IPL. AFT is used to treat skin pigmentation and coloration concerns, including sun damage, redness, uneven skin tone, brown spots, age spots, spider veins, vascular lesions and broken capillaries.   What areas can be treated? Common treatment areas for AFT include the face and neck, décolleté, hands, arms, legs and back.   How does AFT work? During AFT, an intense light is applied over the treatment area through a series of gentle pulses. Without damaging the outer layer of skin, the light penetrates through the skin and is absorbed by the pigmentation/coloration being targeted. The pigmentation/coloration will darken, then flake off or be absorbed by the body as part of the natural healing process. Multiple hand pieces in a variety of
