Watercolor and ink. Sriracha for all! Oh, how we love this chili sauce. I remember that as a boy my father would bring new foods and sauces home from his trips to Boston's Chinatown. This was one that quickly became more popular than ketchup for us. A necessity for every kitchen.The history is interesting if you have a chance to wikipedia it and there is a somewhat "heated" debate as to the origins of it.
