This grade 1 natural process Ethiopian coffee from farmer Shitaye Abeba in Gedeb's high-altitude Chelchele region is produced at around 7200 feet above sea level from heirloom varieties selected for yield and disease resistance. The microlot represents exceptional quality from a larger-scale farm operation. Natural processing brings out the coffee's distinctive fruit-forward character and complexity. Brewing Method Recommendation: Espresso and filter brew are our favorites methods for this rich and berry forward cofee.
