Our 10 oz Chilean Sea Bass portions are fresh frozen, individually vacuum packed and cut from large sea bass fillets. Chilean Sea Bass is a white and flaky fish that tastes like no other fish. For many, this is probably the best fish in the ocean. It is a deep cold water fish that creates a layer of fat between the skin and the flesh. When properly cooked, it should have a smooth and buttery feel and taste. It can be cooked in almost any way imaginable, but is best when cooked on a flat iron, broiled or baked in the oven with just salt, pepper and butter.
