Domestic Sea Scallops are scallops that are source from within the United States. They are known for their sweet flavor and firm texture, and are often considered a high-quality seafood option. Domestically caught Sea Scallops are often harvested off the North Atlantic coast.  Scallops are highly prized in many culinary dishes for their sweet, delicate flavor. They have a buttery, delicate, slightly sweet flavor that is light and rich at the same time. Scallops can be eaten raw as sashimi or sushi with some soy sauce, seared outside on a skillet or frying pan with some butter and salt and pepper to taste, or wrapped them in bacon and cook them in the oven. Our U10 Scallops are 9-10 scallops per lb and come packed in 5 lb bags.
