Make a SPOOKY Stamp // Sat Sept 28th

Saturday September 28th @ 1 PM at the Friends Forever Studio (285 Rantoul St -- Pond St entrance) with Ashlee Beadle Join shop manager Ash (@ashbeadle) as she teaches you how to make your very own rubber stamp, with a twist! Design your image to stamp, but make it spooky! Basic spooky shapes such as bats, black cats, and pumpkins will be provided, but you can make any Halloween-themed shape you desire. This workshop is a beginners level block printing class where you'll design your own stamp, carve it, and then practice printing it on paper. This course will teach you how to use basic printmaking tools such as linoleum blocks, carving tools, brayers, and barens, and will focus on creating a one color image so that attendees can learn how to carve efficiently.  All materials and tools will be provided for you.
