6th Grade Girls Stitching Workshop, Dec 8th

One thing I love about stitching is that anyone can do it! Yes, even our children. With just a few supplies, some imagination & a bit of grace, your child can create an ornament as unique as they are that you'll treasure for years to come. Join me after school on Friday, December 8th at 3.30 (to around 5) at my home on The Plaza (less than 10 minutes away from Veritas). We'll have a snack, and then start on a simple ornament for our daughters (& you too if you want to stay) to complete. Parents are welcome to stay for the workshop and learn to stitch too!  We'll go over some basic stitches such as Backstitch, Chain Stitch & Satin Stitch. There will be enough time for your child to complete one, if not two 4 inch Christmas Ornaments. Perfect gifts for teachers, grandparents, &/or siblings!  All materials are included in your workshop fee, and additional kits will also be available for purchase.  Not sure if your child can stitch? I can assure you they can! Kids love to
