Penstemon barrettiae Aka Barrett's Penstemon. Grows in shady, dry, rocky places, often rooted on rock walls and cliffs. Endemic only to a small section of East Columbia Gorge. In the home garden, place it in a rock wall, or between large stones with good drainage.
