We will send your person of choosing a rotating selection of our head roasters favorite coffees each month, two bags each month, for three months. All coffees will be seasonal, and farm fresh, and coffees that we are most excited to share. Just select which roast profile you prefer, and we take care of the rest!  About our Roasting Style Light coffees are cinnamon'ish in color, and have more unique flavor notes, generally with more pronounced sweetness and acidity. Medium coffees are roasted to a chestnut brown, just into the coffees second crack, and have a classic cup profile with more familiar taste notes. Dark roasts exhibit roasty, smokey notes that will satisfy and\y dark roast drinker, but are stopped just shy of exhibiting an exterior sheen.
