Roaster's Choice Subscription

A rotating selection of our head roasters favorite coffees each month. Each subscription includes two 12oz bags. You choose the roast level and frequency, and we take care of the rest! About our Roasting Style Light coffees are cinnamon'ish in color, and have more unique flavor notes, generally with more pronounced sweetness and acidity. Medium coffees are roasted to a chestnut brown, just into the coffees second crack, and have a classic cup profile with more familiar taste notes. Dark roasts exhibit roasty notes that will satisfy any dark roast drinker, but are stopped just shy of exhibiting an exterior sheen.
