Hickory Smoked Pepper Infused Sea Salt Sampler Looking to try a variety of our spicy salts?  Searching for the perfect gift for a teacher, friend, or that home chef in your life?!  You'll love one of our gift packs!  This sampler includes: The Salty Habanero The Salty Ghost The Salty Scorpion The Salty Reaper --- We grow some of our own peppers and source the ones that we don't from our friends at Ronnie Moore's farm, right down the road in Meadow, North Carolina.  This allows us to maintain the freshness of our ingredients and support our partners in North Carolina Agriculture. The scorpions are hand picked for our procurement.  We deseed them, then they are pureed to a fine mash, so that they can be integrated into our sea salt.  The infused salt is then hickory smoked to dehydrate it, and finally it is packaged right here at our farm. We use Sel Gris salt in all of our infused pepper salts, coming to us from Guérande, France.  This coarse finishing salt is a mineral rich French gr
