Vintage Betty Crocker Holiday Must Have! Vermont Maple & Southern Pecans in a Gooey Sweet Filling.   Instructions for Dip, Cheesecake, Cake Icing, or Parfait: In a bowl, Dissolve the contents of this package with ¼ cup of HOT Water.  Add 8oz Room Temperature Cream Cheese.  Blend until smooth (NO Lumps).  Mix in 8oz container of Defrosted Whipped Topping (i.e. Cool Whip).  Refrigerate 1-2 Hours BEFORE Serving - Pie Will Slice After Chilling *Keeps in Freezer for up to 4 months.  Bagel Spread, or Sweet Cheese Ball: Substitute whipped topping for another 8oz package of cream cheese on directions above.
