Dried Oyster Mushrooms (Mixed)

100% whole fruiting body mixed Oyster mushrooms. Varieties include: Black Pearl, Golden, and Blue Oysters. Chewy, meaty texture that gets crispier as it's cooked. Rich, savory flavor that pairs well with thyme.  Rehydrate by soaking in room temperature water for 30-90 minutes in a covered bowl, drain the water (can save for a broth or soup base), and pan-fry rehydrated mushrooms or add them to your favorite recipe.
