What's included: Floor plan PDF and JPEG Room dimensions Finished/Total square footage Square feet by level Garage door measurements Turn around: by midnight the following day, except Sundays. Contact us for a quote for listings above 10,000 square feet. READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER - Please allow a 2-hour arrival window for any time you schedule on the calendar. (for a 10am appointment we will arrive between 10-noon)- Pricing is based on gross square footage measured excluding the garage- Mileage will be charged for listings over 40 miles from our home office.- Cancellations/changes less than 24 hours from scheduled appointment time will be charged a cancellation charge
