24 Port SquidLite™ Blank Keystone Patch Panel

The SquidLite™ is a rack-mountable patch panel with an LED circuit board integrated into the back of the panel. The bright, flashing green LEDs are used for fast and easy identification. This universal language approach utilizes the light to intuitively show the user the outlet plate they are looking for. The SquidLite™ patch panel works with the SquidLite™ Outlet. This outlet has an auxiliary input that the SquidLite Signal Injector device plugs into. This device will then communicate with the patch panel and indicate the correct jack by flashing a bright green LED above the jack on the patch panel. System Includes: 1 blank patch panel 4 rack screws 24- 2 conductor connecting blocks If you use SquidLite™ you probably won't require these tools: A cable tracer (a tone generator and tracking device) for locating a patch panel port. Learning to use it can be a bit of a process, and its effectiveness can vary. An expensive label maker that comes with label cartridges, sheets, and software. Getting the hang of using it is necessary, and cartridges cost around $56 each. Permanent markers to mark the boxes and cables. A flashlight to see the label that is behind a heavy desk or filing cabinet.
