This longer sterling silver chain holds a clear lucite heart with the Army Air Corps logo affixed to the front. The US Army Air Corps was the military aviation arm of the US between 1926 and 1941. HISTORY: Early 1940's, WWII MATERIALS: Lucite, sterling silver SIZE: The chain is long, measuring 24" in length. The heart hangs 1/1/4" from the chain when the bail is included, by 1 1/8" in width. It's a substantial piece. The Army Air Corps insignia measures 7/8" in wingspan. CONDITION: Great condition.
