Glengoyne Distillery, located in Dumgoyne, Scotland, near the border of the Highlands and Lowlands, is celebrated for its unpeated single malt whiskies. Founded in 1833 by the Edmonstone family, it is now owned by Ian Macleod Distillers. Drawing water from the Glengoyne Burn, it produces 1.1 million liters annually using three copper pot stills. Known for its slow distillation process, the slowest in Scotland, Glengoyne yields a smooth, fruit-forward spirit.
