P-44 Utility Trousers - Sage Green

P-44 Utility Trousers, more colloquially known as "Monkey Pants" are one of our favorite styles from the last century-or-so of military clothing. Cut with three roomy flap pockets, including the iconic rear pocket that extends fully across the seat of the pants. The two side pockets are also notably spacious, originally designed to be able to fit an entire military K-ration in each. Cut with a roomy leg and comfortable tall rise, they taper slightly but read more like a straight leg fit. Featuring standard belt loops, the waistband includes sewn vent holes for additional breathability and comfort (editors note: these reinforced holes were added to originals as a way to affix suspenders, not as ventilation).  Sewn up from The Real McCoy's 100% cotton olive HBT fabric (herringbone twill), an ultra-high quality reproduction of one of the most ubiquitous military cloths of the last century.
