BIG OIL STANDING IN OHIO

At two Big Oil showed his trotting ability and speed by winning the International Stallion Stakes in 1:52.1. He was also a winner of the Pa All Stars and second in two legs of the Pa Sire Stakes with a third in the Bluegrass Stakes. He returned at three and continued his winning ways by repeating as a winner in the Pa All Stars and the Pa Sire Stakes in an impressive 1:53. He competed in the Prestigious Hambletonian in his three-year-old season finishing fourth in his elimination to make the final.  Big Oil returned to the track to compete in limited events as a four and five year where he set his lifetime mark of 1:51.3. In 36 lifetime starts Big Oil finished his career with close to $300k in lifetime earnings.
