“A Friend, A Mirror”

12x12 Acrylic Pour on canvas. This piece celebrates friendship and how we see a bit of ourselves in each one! The friendships we have often reveal the kind of friends we are. To have a friend, you must first be a friend. …And like a mirror, friendships can be fragile and easily broken.    I was deeply moved and inspired by someone very dear to me. As I painted, she was inspired as well to write a poem by the same name. She was on video from her home in another country, though I could not have painted this without her! 💜
