Studies have shown that short term albuterol use can be useful in reducing adipose tissue (fat loss) while retaining and/or increasing lean muscle mass in men and women. Albuterol has stimulant effects and needs to be titrated slowly up to the 16 mg daily dose. Side effects are uncommon at the prescribed dose but can include tremors (shaky hands), sweating, mild headache and anxiety; all of which subside quickly with discontinuation of the medication. How to use Albuterol tabletsYou will receive the following:Albuterol - 4mg tablets. You will receive 130 tablets. Mon/Tues + Thurs/Fri: Take 1-2 tabs of albuterol in the AM and afternoon.
