Start the process of creating your own custom lid here! . Once the deposit is submitted we can hold your place in our production queue. Most custom orders take 3 to 5 months to complete. We can always rush orders for an extra fee. . With a down payment of $300, we will communicate with you throughout the design process. The down payment will go towards your full cost of your hat. Given the nature of our handmaking process and our tools, Each hat will have variations in color and its marks. We love this and believe it brings character and life to a new hat made just for you. If you cant make it to Steamboat for a sizing you may need to adjust the final fit with tea kettle for steam or a local hat shop can help. Our hats are sized to your agreed measurements.
