This is a traditional sauce from my home in Umbria (Norcia is a small town about 50 miles from Perugia). The main ingredient is my own sausage, which I make with the right mix of pork, garlic, pepper and salt. Cream and Parmigiano are the other main players in this hearty and delicious sauce.Use it on pasta, as a dipping sauce, or to make some pretty amazing bruschetta. Try it with Penne, Rigatoni or Pappardelle Comes frozen in a 16oz. microwaveable container.There is plenty of sauce for a 1lb of pasta.
