Garofalo has been making pasta for over 200 years in the town of Gragnano, which is known in Italy as the birthplace of pasta (in truth pasta was invented by the Arabs!). Fresh spring water, sunny weather, and the nearby sea make the hills of Gragnano one of the best places in Italy for making pasta. Rough to the touch thanks to the traditional bronze dye processing, the texture of these spaghetti are coarse and porous so your sauce will cling better to them. Cooking Time: 10 minutes Pair them with our Arrabbiata Sauce
