Diamonds in Stars Quilt

I've looked  for a name of this pattern but have not had success finding one. Glad to hear from anyone who has such a name. What initially appears to be a simple pattern is actually more complex. Diamonds are seen within the eight point stars. In addition, the off blocks create a white diamond within a red square. Rows of triangles and diamonds can also be seen between the stars. Overall, the quilt has a nice positive/ negative effect. The quilt is in excellent condition. It is from the collection of the late Joanna Rose who was known for her unparalleled collection of red and white quilts. Measurements are 56" x 67". Made 1880's.
