Turns out if you send the best coffee of a crop to be decaffeinated, you get the best decaf coffee back! Sure, it's more expensive than before it was decaffeinated. But that's worth it for a good cup.  As you'd expect from a top Colombian region, the decaf is amazing: chocolate covered brandied cherries tell the tale. Mmm...
