Our aluminum signs typically come with rounded corners. Mounting holes can be drilled if requested. Aluminum Thickness Our aluminum signs are available in standard .040 thickness and heavy duty .063 thickness. .040 aluminum is suitable for the majority of applications. This thickness works fine unless the sign is located where it might get hit or bumped - such as on a pole. For pole signs and other heavy applications we have .063 aluminum.
