SIGNATURE SMALL BATCH BACON ~ COFFEEAs its name implies, this is the perfect breakfast bacon and great with... coffee! To make this bacon, we start with pork belly from our pasture-raised pigs and then cure in a special molasses coffee cure using locally ground espresso and smoke.  The result is a rich, chocolate-salty-smoky bacon!  We offer several specialty small-batch bacon flavors available seasonally during the year.  If you're curious and just looking to sample this flavor- we offer Sampler DOUBLE PACKS:  half classic Applewood and half Apple Cinnamon.Cryovac packed packages~ Each package contains 10-16 THICK CUT bacon slices.  Our bacon is hand-cut, so slice size and length vary due to natural variations in our pork.
