Pork Loin Chops

SQM PORK LOIN CHOPS-  The King of pastured pork cuts- for a reason!  Our bone-in pork chops showcase what thoughtfully raised, pastured pork is all about.  Thick-cut and meaty- our loin chops have a good fat cap to ensure tender juicy cooking and yield LOADS of flavor. Season them with your favorite spice blend, brine or use one of our favorite grill rubs for perfect chops every time.  Cut 1-1.5" thick.  Packaged in cryovac packs~ 2 chops per package. Packages are available in the following sizes:   • Medium- up to 1.0 lbs.   • Large- 1.0-1.5 lbs.   • XLarge- 1.5+ lbs. *For special requests, including thickness requests and cutting instructions, please include all details in the notes or contact the farm directly.  Our team will do our best to fill all requests.
