Pork Loin Roast, Bone-In

SQM PORK LOIN ROAST (BONE-IN)- Our "go-to" pork roast for the holidays or just when you are craving outstanding, old-fashioned crave-worthy pork taste.  Hand-butchered on our farm from our heritage breed pigs, our loin roasts are prepared skin-off with a healthy fat cap- perfect for adding a rich, full flavor and taste unlike any "typical" pork roast.    Sizes are as follows:    Medium: 4-5.5 lbs    Large: 5.5-6 lbs  *** Note:  Smaller or larger roasts are available upon special request.  Please contact our farm directly to request a custom sized roast.   Special cutting instructions should be included in the notes.  We will do our best to honor requests, but cannot guarantee any specific requests.
