countCAM Device Repair - Full Payment

We offer a countCAM device repair service to help keep your investment in our camera system in the field and functioning beyond our manufacturer's warranty.  We will accept a wide range of repairs from non-functioning cameras to broken and damaged parts. Our total repair costs range from $200 to $400, but we only require a $100 deposit to receive and diagnose your camera. Please note that this pay for repair service only applies to countCAM3s (internal components only), countCAM3+s (internal components only), and countCAM4s. Here's how it works: 1. To initiate a repair service we require a $100 deposit per device. Please make the purchase on this page; add to cart and then proceed to check out.  The deposit covers shipping the countCAM to our Minneapolis office. After the deposit is purchased we will email you a shipping label. 2. Once we receive the camera we will open it up and run diagnostics on the device within 10 business days.   3.
