countCAM Device Repair

We offer a countCAM device repair service to help keep your investment in our camera system in the field and functioning beyond our manufacturer's warranty.  We will accept a wide range of repairs from non-functioning cameras to broken and damaged parts. Our total repair costs range from $200 to $400, but we only require a $100 deposit, per camera, to receive and diagnose your equipment.  Please note that this pay for repair service only applies to countCAM3s (internal components only), countCAM3+s (internal components only), and countCAM4s. Here's how it works: 1. To initiate a repair service we require a $100 deposit per device.
