The patent pending design can withstand drops from 20+ feet and serve as matting for atlas stones. Strongfit sandbags come in 12 different weights and two designs- the "Pillow Case" from 60lb - 120lb and the "Cylindrical (punching bag)" from 140lb - 280lb+.
